On 2/9/2015 My brother 58yr old Don Sadberry lost his life after a asthma attack which occured on 2/3/15 at 14 Southwood Street Roxbury, Ma. 911 was called from a cell phone from NewBedford Ma. said call was then transferred from State police to Boston Ambulance 13 Boston EMS P2 and BFD Engine 24 Grove Hall Ambulance was at 13 Southwood st. unable to locate correct address which was 14 Southwood St. EMT began knocking on doors for directions(this ambulace station is 4 blocks away from correct location 14 Southwood St.) This is also a high crime neighborhood The EMT’s finally locate the correct address after a 15min search at which time my brother was found without a heartbeat no pulse and unresponsive who was transported to Menino Pavillion ICU with all but 2% brain activity(brain stem) left due to lack of oxygen and was removed from life support on 2/9/15 I would like this to not happen to another family and would hope the EMS 911 RESPONSE SYSTEM IS IMPROVED. BY INSTALLING GPS IN ALL VEHICLES. Thank You
