how is it that laws are enacted referencing some obscure federal standard that you have to pay to even view the language.
At one time in the commonwealth there was a law (or so I was told) that the language of all laws had to be made available at no cost. I have tried in vain to access many standards as referenced by state law to no avail. While I admit to not being a guru I can find my way around the internet. If these standards are available at no cost (read only) they should also be made readily accessible. justice for a price?
